We have worked on projects with Jalcon for their developments at Hobsonville Point and Pine Harbour. Their luxurious West Quarter Apartments at Pine Harbour required a brochure to reflect their target market of empty nesters as well as the surrounding marine environment. We decided to go for a large format A3 brochure with a textured half cover page that has an embossed, gold foiled logo. The fluid layout of the brochure helped the page elements to surprise and keep the interest of the reader.
